I have ordered from Ole to my house once before, and there were significant delays that time. This time, my product never arrived at all. It's almost a month since the delivery date and receiving "out for delivery today" notifications, and I have... nothing. I have no problems getting deliveries from other vendors at my address, which is just a regular street facing townhouse. I don't get it, but 2/2 times is a pattern, and I'd urge caution when ordering. Their support is terrible too - I've sent multiple emails and messages to the instagram account, and someone told me they were looking into it after 2 weeks and then I never heard anything afterwards despite repeatedly following up.
The cocktails themselves, of course, are best-in-class NA cocktails, so it would be nice to actually receive them when the pretty steep price per can.
